Please note that our customer service and dispatch team will be closed at the following times over the festive period:

• Christmas Eve (24th December): Closed from 12pm

• Christmas Day (25th December): Closed

• Boxing Day (26th December): Closed

• New Year’s Eve (31st December): Closed from 12pm

• New Year’s Day (1st January): Closed

We are open as normal on all other weekdays (excluding weekends) and will continue dispatching orders as usual when open.

To avoid disappointment:

• We strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible

• Orders placed closer to Christmas may experience courier delays beyond our control
