How can I find the cartridge I need?

Please enter either your printer model number or cartridge model number into the search bar at the top of the page. 

Make sure you enter the model numbers correctly as shown on your printer or cartridge.

 

Do you offer larger quantities?

Yes, we actually offer a number of multipack options which allows you to save by purchasing these products. These will display as when you search for the cartridges you require. 

 

What can I do if the printer does not recognise my cartridge?

The main cause of the cartridge showing as 'Incompatible' or 'Not recognised' is down to the copper chip on the cartridge not contacting correctly with the printer is detecting the cartridge as a non-original cartridge. In this case, please follow the following steps:

 

  1. Remove the cartridge(s) in question and turn the printer off.
  2. Leave the printer turned off for a few minutes.
  3. Give the chip on the cartridge a wipe/clean with a tissue to help remove and smudges or static than could be causing the problems (if the cartridge has no chip, go to step 4).
  4. Turn the printer back on.
  5. When prompted, install the cartridge(s) again, ensuring they are fitting in place correctly.
  6. If possible, try a cleaning operation and test print.

When will I receive my order after purchase?
As standard, all UK orders come with free 1st class delivery. This is a 1-2 days service but is not guaranteed and can take longer if there are any delays with Royal Mail.  Orders are sent same day (Mon-Fri) if received before 2:00pm.
